This is a time to be punctual in your routine and make your life with full confidence. Yoga is one and the only thing that regenerates the body mind and soul and made you healthy for a lifetime. Now your life has changed because you are a yoga teacher, now you are responsible for their future, what they learn and what they execute in the future. 

Morning practice

Morning practice is compulsory for a yoga practitioner because it heals for the whole day and you will be energetic and enthusiastic the class while teaching. It will help you with maintaining your personal health. Morning practice is use full in when you do postures in the class your student will follow you and they will observe you for balance practice.

Organic meal

Organic food is only medication for your healthy routine it will improve your digestion and skin glow, so everybody admires you for your beauty and health. That is very important for a yoga teacher because your student always follows you and they notice everything in you. Organic meal cures you of illness, whether it is physical or mantel, emotional.

Teaching challenges

As a new yoga teacher, you face many challenges in the class because new students have a lot of questions to know about yoga. Those were very curious about it so they ask questions frequently in class so that you should aware of every question and satisfied them with your answers. It is a matter of your reputation in the yoga world it is the start of your career as a yoga teacher.  When you take the practical class it is equal like theory classes because when you tell them how to do postures, at that time your postures should be fine and clean in balancing.

In your yoga teaching class, you have to focus on every student and you will be taught them how to they will also their health by the practice of yoga in their daily routine.
